How to use Flipsta

Go to Sign up and create your account — it's free, no card needed.

Choose how you want to use Flipsta.

Shopping only for now? Use Dashboard, Shop, Merch and Wishlist as normal.

Ready to flip deals? Head straight to Live Opportunities from the top nav — that's Section 3 below.

Open Shop from the top nav to browse items, or Merch for Flipsta t-shirts, caps and branded gear.

Use the search bar at the top of the page, or the category sidebar, to narrow things down.

Tap the heart icon on any item to save it to your Wishlist for later.

Click Add to basket on anything you want to buy — you can add more than one item before checking out.

Open your basket (the icon in the header shows your item count) and review what's in it.

Check out each line — the basket processes items individually, so if one fails (out of stock, etc.) the rest still go through and the failed one stays in your basket to retry.

Track what you've bought from Orders in the header/dashboard — it pulls together everything you've bought across the Shop, the marketplace and Merch in one list.

Pick a plan from Upgrade in your avatar menu: Deals (£9.99/mo) or Pro (£19.99/mo). On the Free plan you'll see deals as locked previews.

Open Live Opportunities from the top nav to see deals as they go live.

Watch the urgency tags — Hot, Standard or Stable — which tell you how quickly a deal is likely to disappear.

Know your early-access window: Pro members see brand-new deals first, and Deals members get access 15 minutes later.

When you're ready, click "Flip this" on a card — this locks that slot to you instantly, included in your plan, and the card shows "Flipped".

Once you've claimed a slot, it moves into My Flipsta → Won opportunities — that's where you actually go and source/buy the item, then list it for resale (see Selling, below).

If a deal falls through after you've claimed it (supplier's out of stock, etc.), the claim is cancelled — you never pay for something that can't actually be sourced.

Selling a deal you won: go to My Flipsta → Won opportunities, find the item, and open it up.

Use the purchase link on the item to go and actually buy/source it from the supplier.

Click 1-click listing to auto-fill a listing (photos, description, price, condition) straight from the deal data — or click Edit listing first if you want to tweak anything by hand.

Tick which channels to cross-post to (eBay, Etsy, and more) — your item is always listed on Flipsta's own Shop by default, and cross-posting needs those accounts connected first (see Connected accounts, in My Flipsta's sidebar).

Got stock you already own, with no Flipsta deal behind it? Go to My Flipsta → My stock and click + Add own stock to list it manually, or + Add Won item stock to move an already-sourced won item over.

Keep an eye on everything you've listed under My Flipsta → Active/Inactive Listings — this is where you edit prices, pause a listing, or relist something that didn't sell.

When something sells, it shows up under My Flipsta → Orders (the Selling side) — this is also where you log courier/tracking details and confirm a sale.

As a buyer: open Orders (in the header/dashboard) to see everything you've bought — Shop purchases, marketplace purchases and Merch — with a status badge (paid, shipped, delivered, etc.) on each.

If a Shop order shows as shipped and is sitting there waiting on you, confirm delivery to close it out — you'll see a small notification badge on the relevant tab as a reminder.

As a seller: open My Flipsta → Orders to see your sales, log supplier delivery details, and manage each sale through to completion.

Open Wallet from your avatar menu (top right) to see your balance.

Profit from a sale is held briefly (an escrow hold period) before it clears into your available balance — this protects both sides in case of a return or dispute.

From here you can also see your transaction history and, once available, withdraw your balance.

Open Referrals from your avatar menu.

Share your personal referral link or code. When someone signs up through it and starts a Deals or Pro plan, you both get a month free once their first payment goes through.

There's also a friend-invite bonus at signup itself, separate from the ongoing referral-link reward — check the Referrals page for the current terms.

Open Sniper Mode from My Flipsta's sidebar (Pro plan only).

Set up a rule: pick a category, a minimum margin percentage, and optionally a minimum profit floor.

Save the rule — from then on, a matching deal is auto-claimed the instant it goes live, without you needing to be watching.

Open Buyer Wants from the top nav and describe the item you're after, plus the most you're willing to pay.

Resellers holding matching stock can make you an offer — if more than one seller wants your business, they can undercut each other's price.

Accept the offer you're happiest with to complete the purchase.
