If something you buy on Flipsta doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, the wrong item or with parts missing, you're covered. Go to My purchases and choose "Report a problem" (or ask Flippy in the chat). If it was never posted within 3 days, or you cancel within an hour of paying, you're refunded straight away. Otherwise the seller has 3 days to put it right, and the seller's payment is held until it's sorted; if they don't, Flipsta steps in and decides. Report item problems within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are up to the seller and aren't covered, and nor are items bought on other sites like eBay.

Yes — the Free plan costs nothing. You can browse and buy from the Shop, list your own items on the Flipsta store, and preview deals. To see and claim deals, pick Deals (£9.99/mo) or Pro (£19.99/mo).

No — you sell first, so there's never any stock to hold. Once it's sold, you post it to the buyer yourself.

Shop items are already secured by Flipsta and priced to buy and keep. Opportunities are for reselling — you secure the sale first, then it's sourced from the deal behind it, no inventory involved.

Deals (£9.99/mo) lets you see and claim every deal — each claim is included, no extra charge per deal — 15 minutes after Pro members. Pro (£19.99/mo) sees new deals first and adds auto-listing, one-click cross-posting to eBay, Depop, Etsy, StockX and TikTok Shop, AI photo and spec pulls, and Sniper mode (auto-claim deals that match your rules). Cancel any time and you drop back to Free.

It's rare, but if a deal can't be sourced after you've sold it, you're covered — the claim is cancelled and we'll help you sort out the sale. Claims are included in your plan, so you're never out of pocket for the deal itself.

Yes — add your own items from My Stock and list them for sale alongside Shop and Opportunity items, all from the same dashboard.

eBay, Depop, Etsy, StockX and TikTok Shop — connect your accounts once from Connected Accounts, then cross-post with a single click at listing time.

You post it to the buyer yourself — add the tracking in My Flipsta → Orders and you're paid once it's delivered.

When something sells on the Flipsta store, we take a commission: 12% on Free and Deals, 8% on Pro. It's always shown upfront before you confirm — never a surprise deduction later.
